How to Order
Online
You may order directly from any product page on our website simply by
selecting
the quantity of the products you wish to purchase. We use a security
protocol
(SSL) to ensure your credit card information is secure.

Rain orders received Monday through Friday are typically shipped within 48 hours on
all in-stock merchandise. Most weekend orders are processed the next
business
day. Rain uses Federal Express and Worldwide Express for delivery of
most
merchandise.
Standard ground delivery time averages between 7-10 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date through email within 36 hours of placing your order. Our standard carriers require a physical street address and telephone number. Items ordered together do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of ordering a custom manufactured product. Since a piece is being made custom to your specifications, made to order products cannot be canceled unless it is done within 3 days of placing the original order.

Exceptions:
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimize
handling,
shipping and fuel costs. You will be notified if an item is being
shipped
directly from the manufacturer. You will also be able to track and
monitor
transit information for these special shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Rain merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving
your order for
a refund of the merchandise price only; delivery and processing charges
will
not be refunded. All returned merchandise must include the original
receipt and each returned item must be in its original condition. We
cannot
accept returns for custom ordered merchandise. If you receive an item
that has been damaged in transit it must be reported within the first 36 hours
of receiving the shipment. Refunds are not issued on items returned
after
30 days except in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged or that
we are
unable to replace. Merchandise returned more than thirty days after the
delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense. A pickup fee
may
apply to returns of large and heavy items.
All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date that the credit
is issued.
Orders that are placed for merchandise that is listed on our website as
a custom order are not cancelable after the order has been placed,
and such items cannot be returned except for certain damaged
merchandise.
Please note that we are unable to accept any COD
packages.
When returning merchandise, carefully repackage the merchandise in its
original
packing material.

Gift Services
For just $4.95 we'll giftwrap your item. Some larger
items may not be eligible for gift wrap services.
Note: Order and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email
address
shown on the Billing Address page within Checkout. Orders with gift
wrap or
card selections require one extra business day for delivery.
