How to Order

Online
You may order directly from any product page on our website simply by selecting the quantity of the products you wish to purchase. We use a security protocol (SSL) to ensure your credit card information is secure.

USA Shipping and Order Tracking

Rain orders received Monday through Friday are typically shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Most weekend orders are processed the next business day. Rain uses Federal Express for delivery of most merchandise. All shipments are shipped and delivered on business days only. Weekends and holidays may interfere with the time of delivery on a ground or express shipment and do not count as transport days. If your shipment will be shipped over a holiday weekend, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping and expected delivery dates. Any orders placed for Second Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery must be received by 11:00AM CST to ship the same day. All Second Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery orders require a physical street address for shipping. Saturday delivery available upon request for an additional fee. These orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Standard ground delivery time averages between 2-5 business days within the 48 contiguous states. Our standard carriers require a physical street address and telephone number. Items ordered together do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.

A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of ordering a custom manufactured product. Since a piece is being made custom to your specifications, made to order products cannot be canceled unless it is done within 3 days of placing the original order.

Exceptions:
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses will take additional time. There is also an additional $12.00 shipping charge for items traveling to these destinations. Shipping times indicated above do not include processing times. While most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. All orders with shipment destinations to Alaska and Hawaii require a physical street address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in these areas. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Orders that are shipped to a provided incorrect address are subject to all actual shipping charges (including orders qualifying for special shipping promotions). Once we receive the package back in our facilities, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to shipping charges.

Current Shipping Promotion
Rain Collection is currently offering Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $75 to the 48 contiguous states. No coupon is required for this promotion. It will be applied automatically to any order that has a subtotal of $75.01 or higher.

International Shipping and Order Tracking

Rain Collection has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.

Please note that International Checkout is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service related to your International order:

Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Rain Collection Shopping Bag.
Choose the "Ship International" option in your shopping bag.
Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Rain Collection. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.

Returns

Rain merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise price only; delivery and processing charges will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must include the original receipt and each returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for custom ordered merchandise. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit it must be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Refunds are not issued on items returned after 30 days. Merchandise returned more than thirty days after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense. A pickup fee may apply to returns of large and heavy items.

Orders that are placed for merchandise that is listed on our website as a custom order are not cancelable after the order has been placed, and such items cannot be returned except for certain damaged merchandise.

Please note that we are unable to accept any COD packages.

When returning merchandise, carefully repackage the merchandise in its original packing material.

Return the package to us via Express Courier or insured parcel post.

Gift Services

For a small fee we'll gift wrap your item in our classic paper. We are happy to include a gift message with any order at no charge. Some larger items may not be eligible for gift wrap services.

Note: Order and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address shown on the Billing Address page within Checkout. Orders with gift wrap or card selections require one extra business day for delivery.
