ORDERS
  1. How quickly can I get my order?
    Rain orders received Monday through Friday are typically shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Most weekend orders are processed the next business day. This means you will most likely get your package within 2-5 business days if your order is being shipped within the 48 contiguous states. However, we also offer Two-Day and Next Day Express Delivery for an additional charge. Orders that request Express Delivery require a physical street address and cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.   2. How can I cancel or update an order I placed online?
    To cancel or change an order, please send a message to our Customer Service department. You may also call us at 847.348.5500 or 877.348.5558. Please note that any order changes will need to be made within the first 36 hours of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee that we will still be able to make the change since most orders are shipped within the first 24 hours of being ordered.

  3. Can I track my order?
    Yes, all orders can be tracked. Simply log into your account through our website under Login. You will find all of your order history in your account page, along with any applicable tracking numbers.

  4. Is it safe to order from you over the Internet?
    Absolutely. At Rain your security in ordering online is a top priority. We utilize the most current security measures available to ensure you have a safe shopping experience anytime you shop our online store.

  5. How does your site protect my privacy?
    Persons who communicate with Rain, and supply us with an email address, may receive future communications by email only if they have requested to do so. Persons who do not wish to receive email messages may remove themselves from the mailing list at any time by contacting us at customerservice@raincollection.com. Be assured that your email address will NOT be sold or disclosed to any other parties. View our privacy policy for more information.

  6. Why does a charge show up with my financial institution when my order is declined?
    When a credit card is declined, it is done so by Rain Collection's credit card authorizer. If a pending charge is authorized by a financial institution, the amount that was declined by Rain Collection will appear as an authorized charge. Note that this is only an authorization that your financial institution has approved and will drop off within 3-5 business days, depending on the institution. Please contact your financial institution with further questions.


PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
  1. How often is the Rain website updated for inventory availability?
    The Rain website is updated continuously with current inventory, and price levels are updated on a daily basis. If an item is on backorder there will be an expected ship date on the product page. If an item is out of stock a message stating "Sorry, this item is temporarily out of stock" will be displayed on the product page.

  2. I just placed an order and now the website says the item is out of stock. What does this mean?
    Rain Collection's website inventory updates automatically as orders are placed.  Once you place an order you should be directed to a confirmation page with an order number.  If you are, then all of the items you ordered are available and will be shipped to you.  If the product page is listed as out of stock after you have placed your order, that means you purchased the last one of the product in question and all items on your order will be shipped to you.

  3. How can I find out more about your products?
    First, browse to the description page for the product(s) you're interested in. Most of our products contain all of the specifications within the main product description, as well as dimensions and weights within the ordering section below the product image. For those products with extensive information, you may see a link called "Additional Information". If you click on these links, you will be taken to a page offering a wealth of detailed facts, including care and maintenance of the item, tips for using the item, or stories about how the item was crafted and the quality of the materials used in making it. If you still have not located an answer to a product question, simply click the link entitled 'Have a Question about this Item?' and we will respond with any additional information you need.

  4. Does Rain Collection offer a catalog?
    Here at Rain Collection we are constantly striving to improve our carbon footprint and make every effort to help sustain the environment. Therefore we do not offer a catalog for our products. All products we offer are available to be seen on our website.
