Returns & Exchanges
Rain merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your
order for a refund of the merchandise price only; delivery and processing
charges will not be refunded. All
returned merchandise must include the original receipt and each returned item
must be in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for custom ordered
merchandise. If you receive an item that
has been damaged in transit it must be reported within the first 48 hours of
receiving the shipment. Refunds are not
issued on items returned after 30 days except in the case of merchandise that
arrives damaged or that we are unable to replace. Merchandise returned more
than thirty days after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your
expense. A pickup fee may apply to returns of large and heavy items.
All
store credits are valid for 12 months from the date that the credit is issued.
Orders that are placed for merchandise that is listed on our website as a
"special order" are not cancelable after the order has been placed,
and such items cannot be returned except for certain damaged merchandise.
Please note that we are unable to accept any COD
packages.
When returning merchandise, carefully repackage the
merchandise in its original packing material.
