Standard ground delivery time averages between 7-10 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date through email within 36 hours of placing your order. If ordered by mail, you will receive notification if the delay is over 30 days. Our standard carriers require a physical street address and telephone number. Items ordered together do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of ordering a custom manufactured product. Since a piece is being made custom to your specifications, made to order products cannot be canceled unless it is done within 3 days of placing the original order.
