Shipping and Order Tracking
Shipments to Canada may take additional time. To calculate your shipping rates for items traveling to Canada simply add 13% of your subtotal plus an additional $15.00 USD to the above pricing chart for the 48 States. The additional charge of 13% will be applied by Rain Collection to cover all duties, taxes and ancillary service fees. When Rain is running a free shipping promotion the additional $15.00 fee plus 13% will still be applied to your cart total. Additionally, all shipping times indicated do not include processing times. While most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Most of our Canadian shipments are shipped using FedEx and are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time Rain Collection is only shipping within the United States and Canada.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Orders that are shipped to a provided incorrect address are subject to all actual shipping charges (including orders qualifying for special shipping promotions). Once we receive the package back in our facilities, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to shipping charges.
Rain orders received Monday through Friday are typically shipped
within 48 hours on
all in-stock merchandise. Most weekend orders are processed the next
business
day. Rain uses Federal Express for delivery of
most
merchandise. Any orders placed for Second Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery must be
received by 11:00AM CST to ship the same day. All Second Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery orders require a physical street address for shipping. These orders can not be shipped to a PO Box.
Standard ground delivery time averages between 7-10 business days. Our standard carriers require a physical street address and telephone number. Items ordered together do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of ordering a custom manufactured product. Since a piece is being made custom to your specifications, made to order products cannot be canceled unless it is done within 3 days of placing the original order.
