Instructions for use: Safety first, enjoyment follows. Please use common sense while burning candles. Always trim wick to 1/4" before burning. On the first burn, burn candles to the rim or outer edge. Only burn candles on a stable, heat safe surface, dish or holder. Never leave candles burning unattended. Always burn insight. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Mind a burning candle's surroundings. Avoid flammable objects like towels, wallpaper, botanicals, etc. Always and often trim wicks; this leads to longer burn times. Extinguish candles with a snuffer. Straighten wicks each time after snuffing.

In the late 1800s cotton sacks gradually replaced barrels for storing perishables. At the time logos were usually circular when the hallmark had to fit on the top of the barrel. Inspired by this heritage, West Third Brand candles honors the tradition.
